Welcome to Kitlocker.com’s Kits of the Month for February!
As you know, we make some absolutely beautiful kits here at Kitlocker HQ. And we reckon that it’s a crying shame most of you never get to see them. So we’re giving some of our favourites the attention they deserve on a monthly basis.
If your kit hasn’t been included please don’t be offended. It’s probably just because we didn’t get chance to take any snaps before shipping out your order. Send us some pics if you think we’ve missed a banger of a kit and we might feature it in the following month’s list.
Some of the kits leaving the building this month have been a joy to behold. So let’s take a look at some of the best of the bunch 👇
Alianza Futsal
This New York based Futsal club has a cabinet full to the brim with trophies and we’re starting to think they are due one for their incredible kits.
It’s now the 2nd time Alianza Futsal have featured in Kits of The Month. This year they’ve gone for a grayscale colour scheme, supplemented by a “New York” graffiti sleeve print and nods to their social media channels. We are BIG FANS of this one.
Silverdale FC
This effort from Silverdale FC shows you how you can incorporate your sponsor into your #PowerUp design seamlessly.
Using the trusty Nike Park as a base, they’ve added a tyre track style print to the bottom half of the shirt. Just underneath the sponsor which is, you guessed it, a tyre company.
Lady Margaret Hall
Oxford University’s Lady Margaret Hall have created a work of art with this kit. They’ve taken a Nike Park Derby III shirt and taken it to the next level with #PowerUp.
That yellow central beam design matches up perfectly with the yellow detailing of the shirt and the crest.
Tapton School
We had to take photos of the number 10 shirt for this one because… well, Messi of course.
This shirt from Sheffield’s Tapton School is taking us back to the early Messi era when he had that scruffy mop of hair and was taking the mick out of defenders for fun with Argentina.
Big pressure on the Tapton School number 10 from now on…
Stanningly Albion JFC
If that last shirt was giving us Argentina vibes then this one is more AC Milan from Stanningley Albion.
Sometimes a simple striped shirt in a nice colourway without too many bells and whistles is enough. And we reckon that this is the case here. The Nike Striped Division III is one of the go-to shirts for teams that play in stripes.
Bramley Walking Wanderers
Yet more striped excellence here 😍
With these two sets of kits you’d have thought that this club was based in Sheffield with a mixture of United and Wednesday fans.
But in actual fact they are a walking football club hailing from the Leeds area. They do a great job in keeping the over 50s in the area active. Read more about them here.
St Albans Rugby
In addition to #PowerUp, adidas miTeam is yet another way to create a truly unique bespoke kit for your team. And that’s precisely what St Albans Rugby have done for their brilliant new kit.
The miTeam service really lets you run wild with your imagination and build your kit from scratch. You can choose from an almost infinite number of colour combinations.
