Welcome to the second of a new monthly feature on the Kitlocker blog!

As you know, we make some absolutely beautiful kits here at Kitlocker HQ. And we reckon that it’s a crying shame most of you never get to see them. So we’re going to give some of our favourites the attention they deserve on a monthly basis.
If you’re kit hasn’t been included please don’t be offended. It’s probably just because we didn’t get chance to take any snaps before shipping out your order. Send us some pics if you think we’ve missed a banger of a kit and we might feature it in the following month’s list.

Edwinstowe Cricket Club

The Cricket season is finally upon us. And as a result, we’ve been shipping out some top notch gear over the last few weeks. We’re not just about football you know!

Edwinstowe is a village located in Sherwood Forest. So naturally we stuck a #PowerUp print of the man himself, Robin Hood, on the front of this adidas Entrada 18 shirt. The club’s crest also features the image of Nottinghamshire’s most famous son 🏹

Fun Fact: Robin Hood is said to have married his wife, Maid Marion, in the village of Edwinstowe. Cute ❤

Ponteland Cricket Club

Our revolutionary #PowerUp service is a brilliant way to put a unique spin on your team’s T20 shirts this season. Pick your Nike, adidas or Puma base shirt. Choose a ready-to-go design or use your own imagination to come up with something special. Then, we’ll do the rest.

That’s what we did with this Ponteland CC shirt and you can see the results for yourself. They’ve gone for an adidas Tabela 18 match shirt, combined with an eye-catching retro-inspired #PowerUp design.

Sheffield Rugby Club

How many times do we need to say it? We don’t just do football kits! Another prime example, straight out of the Steel City, is this beautiful Sheffield Rugby Club kit by adidas 🏉

This kit was created using adidas’s brilliant miTeam service. miTeam allows you to design your own kit from start to finish. Even the tiniest details are totally customisable. Offering clubs of all shapes and sizes the opportunity to have a truly bespoke kit. It’s not just for Rugby either, you can create custom Football kits, Basketball kits, Running kits and beyond.

Thornton Watless CC

Here’s yet another lovely Cricket kit we’ve sent out this month. This time for Thornton Watlass CC. You can’t beat a clean, crisp, white cricket shirt. Especially when it’s got a Nike Swoosh and an expertly applied club crest on it.

We also did some very nice training gear for the club. Check out the Nike Academy 21 Midlayer and Training Tops below. That colourway 😍

Rectory Rovers FC

Essex-based Rectory Rovers enlisted the help of design agency, Concept Dog Design, for their new kit. And judging from the results, it’s fair to say they know what they’re doing 👀

They took our favourite blank canvas, the Nike Park shirt, and turned it into something really special. Their custom, direct-to-garment front print integrates the sponsor seamlessly and takes the kit to a whole new league.

Worksop Boys & Girls JFC

Worksop Boys & Girls JFC will be back in black this season with the adidas Condivo 20 match shirt and Tiro 21 Midlayer.

We love #PowerUp, miTeam and all of the other exciting new ways in which we can boost kits to another level. But sometimes, all you need is a beautifully designed shirt, a complementary sponsor print and a great team crest.
