At Kitlocker, we know that ordering match kit, trainingwear or leisurewear for your club, school, college or university can be a thankless task. No team wants to step out on a Sunday morning and see three number 7s in midfield or “Big Gaz” squeezed into an XS shirt.
You want to be spending your time out on the training pitch doing what you do best, not scribbling down sizes and numbers on the back of a beer mat. That’s why we’ve pulled together a handy kit order form to make collating your team’s new gear that little bit easier.
Research from our National Kit Survey 2019 suggests that more than half (61% to be exact) of club’s have at least a slight issue when collecting shirt names, numbers and sizes. We know that almost all kit or club secretaries have commitments elsewhere, so making the process as fast and efficient as possible is the way to go.
Having serviced a wide variety of sports teams and grassroots football clubs across the United Kingdom and beyond, we know what an easy to use, sports kit order form looks like. See below for a partially filled in example.

As you can see, it’s helpful to include the product name, SKU (product code), colour, as well as number and size. This isn’t just for football either, it’s suitable for any sports team from Rugby to Netball to Quidditch! If you need to adapt it to include more info then simply add more columns.
We’ve also included separate tabs for clubs that have multiple age groups and a training/leisurewear tab where only sizes and initials are required. If you require further printing or embroidery on these, again, you’re welcome to add an additional tab.
