Returns Procedure


Any garment that features embroidery or print in the form of a Club, Team or Academy logo is, unfortunately, ineligible for exchange or refund.

Each item with this level of customisation is made to order, making the product bespoke and limiting the item from being resold.

Important: The information below refers to items within six months of being received. 

Please kindly contact before returning any items deemed faulty via live chat, our email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or our phone 0114 275 6860, providing a brief description/images of the issue. We can then provide a swift resolution.

If it is a fault in the manufacture of the item, we will endeavour to replace or refund the product if necessary, as quickly as possible.

If the fault is caused by (i.e. incorrect sizing, spelling errors, imperfect detailing), we can provide a free returns label to allow us to fix the issue,  facilitate a replacement if necessary or refund the item. 

For faulty items which are deemed to have sustained damage outside the normal item lifespan of 6 months, unfortunately, we cannot organise for that item to be refunded or replaced.



For hygiene reasons, if items such as head guards, socks or undergarments are worn or removed from packaging, this removes the right to return these items, and no refund will be processed.
