OFFLINE ORDERING
Once you've made your initial enquiry, a member of our account management team will quickly follow up to clarify any logo requirements, pricing/discount, stock availability and lead times.
Once all of the above has been approved by you, we will send you an official quote. This will include a breakdown of your order, link to make payment and your shipping/billing address.
After payment has been received, your order will be confirmed and sent through to picking, production and finally shipping.
If a product is in stock, your order will take 3-4 weeks to be delivered and your account manager will be on hand to answer any questions throughout the process.
LEAD TIMES
Lead times can vary depending on the time of year, however generally you can expect orders for customised kit to take 3-4 weeks from payment to delivery.
Your account manager will specify your lead time before you place an order and be on hand to provide you with updates every step of the way.

EMBELLISHMENT PRICES
If we have your team's crest or sponsor on file, or you have them in the correct format (DST for embroidery or .ai/.eps for print) then there is no set up fee. If we have to create digital versions for you there is a £24 surcharge per embellishment. You can then own the file for future use.
Pricing is as follows:
Embroidered crest - £5.00
Printed crest - £4.00
Printed Sponsor - £4.00
Printed text/number - £4.00
Initials - £3.50
Specialist embellishment options such as silicone crests and direct to garment printing are subject to minimum order requirements. For more information on this, please speak to your account manager.
