Returns Procedure

PLEASE NOTE: operates a no-hassle returns policy with all goods, excluding personalised items, eligible for return and refund.

All goods you wish to return must be unused, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition (including packaging and labelling). 

If you are looking to return an item, please use your ‘My Orders’ area to request a ‘Return Authorisation . If the item requires approval from a member of the Customer Support Team, this will be responded to within 2 working days.

In the instance that your order is faulty (either supplied incorrectly or faulty) we will organise the free return of the item for you if necessary.


For hygiene reasons, if items such as head guards, socks or undergarments are worn or removed from packaging, this removes the right to return these items and no refund will be processed.

Garments with printed personalised names or chosen numbers are not eligible for return or refund as these are made to order and therefore cannot be resold.

We do not reimburse the shipping cost for returning orders which are not faulty or supplied correctly as per your order confirmation, however, you will still be entitled to a full refund on these item/s (including the original postage if the whole order is returned).


Faulty Items

If it is a fault in the manufacture of the item, we will endeavour to replace or refund the product if necessary, as quickly as possible.

If the fault is caused by (i.e. incorrect sizing, spelling errors, imperfect detailing) we can provide a free returns label to allow us to fix the issue,  facilitate a replacement if necessary or refund the item. 

For faulty items which are deemed to have sustained damage outside the normal item lifespan of 6 months, unfortunately we cannot organise for that item to be refunded or replaced.
