Job Title: Stock Operative (Back to Stock Operative)

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday, On-Site

Line Management: Stock and Picking Manager

Pay Banding/Salary Scale: National Living Wage to start

 

The purpose of this role is to work and maintain the back to stock function in and around the warehouse, and to take an active role in keeping our stock holding as accurate as possible throughout the year. Some experience in a stock or picking environment is desirable but not required.

This would involve duties such as:

  • Add Returns Stock on a daily basis in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Add Cancelled Orders on daily basis in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Sweep other departments and areas of the building to make sure that stock is not left to build up unaccounted for, adding to the system.
  • Participate in rolling stock counts throughout the year to ensure accurate stock holding.
  • When required, support in other operational areas such as debagging, allocating and picking if needed.

Technical Competencies

  • General computer skills are required.
  • Active role that will mean being on feet for large portions of the day.

Job Title: Print Operative

Position Type: 6 Months Fixed-term, Full-time (No Weekends)

 

The purpose of this role is to use our heat presses efficiently to embellish garments accurately, ensuring they remain of a high quality and lead times are maintained.

This would involve duties such as:

  • Work independently to embellish garments to a high quality
  • Ensure that consistency is maintained with embellishment positioning and quality
  • Inspect and verify quality of products once they have been printed
  • Communicate with Team Leaders regarding any issues or queries within orders
  • Work efficiently to maintain a high level of output - an expectation of 42 p/h once training is complete
  • Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
