Orders on this site will take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for dispatch. At this point, you will be sent an email notification confirming the shipment, which will be delivered within one (1) to two (2) working days if you select our courier service, or 3-5 working days if you choose our 2nd Class delivery service.
The reason for the variation in delivery timeframe is due to us having to order your product in from our supplier. Once it arrives into our warehouse it must then be entered into our production schedule, with all printed and embroidered logos and personalisations added.
You will also receive confirmations from our chosen courier company (via text message if a mobile number has been provided, and via email). The first message will be sent the evening prior to the day of delivery confirming their intention to deliver the following working day. They will also send an additional notification on the morning of the day of delivery confirming the time frame (an hour slot) in which they intend to deliver your order. In all notifications you will be provided with the option to amend your delivery, with instructions on how to do this directly via their systems.

Once you receive our confirmation email, please check your spam mail account if you have not received a notification from our courier partner.
ALL deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 19.00 Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
