Returning Teamwear

Before returning any goods to us it is important that you inform us by completing a quick returns authorisation via your My Orders area. If you return goods to us without pre-authorisation it will slow down the returns process. Please be aware that any items which are not faulty and include any embellishment will most likely not be suitable for a return.

To return any items follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your My Orders area at the top right of the site.
  2. Select the relevant order (if you have more than one).
  3. Here you will see if your goods have been shipped. Once shipped, a red ‘Request a Return’ button will appear under each item.
  4. Click on the ‘Request a Return’ button for each item that you wish to return.
  5. You will be required to provide a brief explanation as to why you would like to return the item.
  6. Your request will then be logged with our customer service team, who will respond via email within one working day, either accepting or rejecting the returns request.
  7. If your request has been accepted, you will then be given details of where to return the item.

Returning Offline or Bulk Orders

If you have placed an ‘offline’ or ‘bulk’ teamwear order via one of our sales team, and would like some further information please use our Online Chat or contact your sales advisor via email. Please highlight your order reference and the club/college/uni/organisation you are enquiring from, and the member of staff you have been dealing with. Our support team will then direct you accordingly.

Returning Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you have any problems with your teamwear order, please inform us via the Contact Us section or speak to your sales advisor and we will do whatever we can to rectify the problem.

We will look to help you with sizing issues, product faults or if you have received the wrong item.

Help with Ordering the Correct Size

It is important that you get the sizes correct on your order to reduce the need to return items based on incorrect fit. We encourage you to use the size guides, video size guides (where applicable) or to contact our sales team to discuss the fit of the specific items you are interested in prior to ordering.

If you are still unsure, please don’t hesitate to request sample sizes, which can be returned and used in your order, or refunded. However please be aware that sampling will slow the process, which may need to be factored in if you are in a hurry for your order.

Important Notes About Returns

  • We will accept returns and exchanges for items without embellishment or personalisation, as long as we receive a ‘Request to Return’ within 28 days.
  • If you are looking to return embellished/customised products that are not faulty or received in error, we do reserve the right to reject these return requests.

We are still able to offer a prompt delivery on these products, however at times our suppliers do run out of stock of certain lines, which may result in the product being available as a pre-order.

In the case of a pre-order, we work with our suppliers to determine the ‘return to stock’ date, and notify you where possible. This is clearly communicated when you select the specific size(s) you require (see screen shot below), so that when you purchase an item on a pre-order you will have a clear idea as to when you will receive your goods.

Once you place your order you can re-visit these dates and track your order in the My Orders area.
