Teamwear Delivery Options

We aim to get your teamwear to you as quickly as possible, so when you come to check out your order you will be asked to choose a shipping method. Please note that the delivery times below are in addition to the shipping timeframes we advertise when you add a product to your cart. We offer three direct shipping options:

Premium Next Day – This is a next day* fully traceable service (*from the point at which we ship your order – please see specific item for its delivery time-frame). This service offers a number of in-flight options: leaving the order in a safe place, arranging to ship to a local shop for collection, or re-arranging for a more convenient time. They also provide text and email notifications on the day of delivery providing you with the hour window in which they intend to deliver.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Service – This service offers a limited online tracking feature, and a pre delivery text and email notification. This option is delivered in 2-5 days from the point at which we confirm delivery (please see individual items for specific delivery time frames).

Worldwide Delivery – Worldwide Delivery orders are generally delivered in 2-5 days from the point of delivery, and are shipped using Interlink Express. The price is dependent on the weight and the destination, which is calculated once you get to the checkout. Please note that our store will automatically remove taxes from your order (at the point at which you select your shipping destination), however you may be liable for import tax when the delivery is sent out. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to access tracking information for your order.

Teamwear Delivery Status/Tracking

To check the status of your delivery follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your My Orders area at the top right of the site.
  2. Select the relevant order (if you have more than one).
  3. Here you will see the advised delivery time frame against each item.
  4. If your order has already been shipped this will be specified, and tracking information will become available.

To track your delivery follow these steps:

  1. Log into your My Orders.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Here you will you will see the advised delivery time-frame if your order is yet to be dispatched.
  4. If your order has been shipped you will be presented with tracking information.
  5. For further tracking information, click on the tracking link(s) to be directed to our shipping partners website.

TOP TIP: If you enter your email address and mobile number when placing your order, our shipping partners can provide you with ‘in-flight’ notifications. For our premium shipping service, you will also have a number of options to re-arrange delivery.

Delays to your Teamwear Delivery

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be an unexpected delay to your teamwear order (or part of your order). In this instance we will contact you via email as soon as possible to notify you of any possible delay.

To check the status of your order/delay follow these simple steps:

  1. If there is any delay to the order we will inform you via email.
  2. Click on the link within this email, it will direct you into your My Orders.
  3. You will then have the option to either wait for the item or cancel it and receive a refund the unreceived goods.
  4. Alternatively, you can go directly to your My Orders area on the Kitlocker site.
  5. Log in, select the relevant order (if you have multiple orders) and select your preferred option on the delayed item/s.

We do appreciate the frustration of unexpected delays, and for this we are incredibly sorry. The reason for delay is usually as a result of our supplier’s stock situation changing after the point at which you have placed your order. Whilst this is of little consolation, our unexpected delay emails account for less than 0.05% of all items, and we are taking steps to reduce this further; by increasing our own stock holdings on key lines, and working on tighter forecasts with suppliers.

Part-shipment of your Teamwear Delivery

We want you to have your teamwear products at the earliest possible opportunity, so if there are delays to any of the items within your order we will look to part ship items that are ready to dispatch.

To check the status of your part-shipment order, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your My Orders.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Here you will see the status of all of the items and their advised delivery timeframes – if they have not already been dispatched.

This information will also be indicated on your delivery note, which states the items that are included in your delivery.

Product Delivery Timescales

At Kitlocker we supply a wide range of brands, and due to the extensive number of products offered (over 100,000 styles), we are unable to stock all items all year round. Where possible we work with suppliers and use their stock information to provide you with details on any pre-ordering dates or stock shortages. When you add a size to your cart the advised delivery time frame will be indicated.

We do, however, hold significant levels of stock on a number of key lines and offer these on a reduced delivery timescale, generally shipping out within 1 working day of ordering.

Stock Levels

When browsing the site you will notice that whenever you select a size of a product we provide you with an indication of the delivery time frame. These are grouped into 4 time scales:

Order ships out in 1-2 working days

This means that we currently have the item in stock at Kitlocker HQ. This item will be prepared for shipment within 1-2 working days from the point of order.

Order ships out in 7-10 working days

Items that display this delivery timeframe are ordered in from the relevant supplier. Once we have received the item we will then ship this on to you via your selected delivery method.

Order today to receive by ‘X date’

In the instance that ourselves and our supplier are out of stock of a specific item, we look to provide you with a pre-order date. This date is being pulled from information that the supplier is providing us.

Item Shortage

Where we have not received any re-stocking information for a product and it is out of stock with both ourselves and our supplier, we will display an Item Shortage notification. This will not allow you to add the item to your cart. In this instance we recommend that you either Contact Us (link to form) directly about further information on the item.

TOP TIP: Please note that if you decide to add embellishment to your teamwear order it will delay the delivery. We generally advise between 2 and 4 weeks on delivery for orders including print and embroidery.
