Customer Support Advisor

Salary: £16-20k p/a, dependent on experience.

Description: Our Customer Experience Team are the heart of Kitlocker. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deliver personalised experiences and solutions including a focus on troubleshooting and problem solving as well as building strong relationships with our customers.

We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service and want to grow with us. This is your opportunity to help invent and shape what ordering sports teamwear should be like.

Excellent people skills and the ability to prioritise are necessary to excel in the role, along with utilising problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Finally, and most importantly: positivity and an energetic personality are vital when joining the family.
