Welcome to the next instalment of our new series of podcasts, the Kitlocker.com Club Series!

Over the last couple of months we’ve chatted to some fascinating people from a wide range of areas within grassroots football and beyond.

In this episode we spoke to Charlie Hyman from Bloomsbury Football and Lewis Pendleton from Academy of Sport/Chester-le-Street United. Both have incredible programmes they’ve built up from scratch.

This podcast is for anyone with aspirations into growing their own club. We speak about many things including marketing, partnerships, having something that others don’t, turning problems into solutions, having an identity, having the best programme in the area and more.

The insight we received was incredible and we’re sure that many will be able to take inspiration from two people who are leading the way in delivering quality sessions to young people.
