- We have a sponsors or logo we would like adding to our clubs clothing, is this possible?
This is not a problem at all, although this will need to be discussed prior to the listing of items in the club shop as it will affect the price of garments.
- What happens if I mistake with my order?
If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong spelling on a personalisation garment you must contact us immediately so that we can try and change the order. Size guides are available for reference on all product pages, but we cannot change product sizes or personalisation’s once the garment has gone to order/embroidery.
- What size will I need?
Most products on the website have a size guide underneath the description. If you’re still unsure there are some samples in the Sports Union available for reference. Please Note: we cannot exchange sizes once the items have been personalised.
- Would you be able to help us with tour or social t-shirts?
If you have a tour coming up then please do not hesitate to get in touch as this is something that we specialise in.
- How long will my item take to arrive?
Delivery times for orders are specific to each club. Nursing orders are shipped at the beginning of every month.
- When will I know my order is complete?
When your order is complete we will email to let you know your order has been dispatched.
- Where will my order be delivered to?
There will be weekly deliveries made to the Sports Union office (in the office building). If you prefer you can choose to have your order sent directly to you via recorded delivery although this will incur an additional fee.
Please note that there is FREE delivery to the sports union on all orders placed before the 31st of October.
- Can our club get extra items added to the shop?
If you want sports specific items available to your club we can look at providing these. For example rugby has a compression top available to all players.
- Can our club make money through kit?
Yes! Last year we had a number of teams that bulk bought training and social t-shirts and then sold them onto their individual members. We are also happy to offer commission incentives to those clubs/club members who refer us to clubs that they are in contact with.
- I can’t see my club listed, why not?
If your club is not listed then it means that we have not managed to arrange a deal with them. If this is the case and you like what you see then please do not hesitate to contact us.
- So what’s the new website about?
We have devised the new website to reduce the time and complication of individual clubs having to collate orders and payment. The website is essentially your clubs ‘individual shop’ whereby individual club members can place orders (including personalisation options) and pay for them securely.
